Kicking Racism Out of Football

In the Joey Barton Testimonial match between Fearnely Burnely and Tampsofsport, one white footballer called a black footballer a nasty name. As so often happens, the racist got away with a slap on the wrist. Not that I’m insinuating such a thing would happen here.

In the return match, the black bloke’s mates rallied round and tried to get their revenge. Lots of falling over and rolling around later, and after a lot of half-hearted efforts and mock-dying by the target, the original victim sorts it all out. Quite wonderfully.

Don’t rub ‘em, mate, count ‘em.
